Overview

When2DriveSober is a safety-first alcohol timeline app designed to help users record drinks and view estimated alcohol reduction over time.

Estimate only

The app and website provide estimates for general guidance only. They cannot determine whether you are legally, medically or practically fit to drive.

Do not rely on the app to drive

You must never rely on When2DriveSober to decide whether to drive, operate machinery or perform any safety-critical activity. If you have been drinking, the safest choice is not to drive.

No legal, medical or safety advice

The app does not provide legal advice, medical advice, blood alcohol testing, breathalyser results or official confirmation of sobriety.

Limits of estimation

Alcohol absorption and elimination vary by person and circumstance. Factors such as drink strength, serving size, food, metabolism, medication, health, fatigue and recording accuracy can all affect real alcohol levels.

No warranty

While we aim to provide helpful and cautious estimates, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, completeness or reliability of any calculation, timeline, driving limit or risk state.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Tools & Tips and the creators of When2DriveSober accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage, legal consequence, driving decision or other outcome arising from use of the app or website.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the law in your location. If in doubt, do not drive.
